Dear All,
Please find below the latest news, opportunities, and publications in Australian, Canadian, and Aotearoa New Zealand Studies 🙂
News:
ACNZSN is very excited to share that Dr. Emily Cornish has kindly agreed to join the editorial board of its Journal of Australian, Canadian, and Aotearoa New Zealand Studies (JACANZS)! Some of you might recall that Emily was formerly the inaugural Book Reviews Editor of the journal. Emily’s expertise will be a wonderful addition to what is already an amazing editorial board.
ACNZSN is also pleased to announce the publication of Brigid Magner’s fantastic book Transtasman Literary Imaginaries: Stories from a Cross-Border Region (Peter Lang Publishing, 2026) in the ‘Studies in Transnationalism’ book series that is published under the auspices of ACNZSN.

ACNZSN would also like to remind everyone of the Call for Proposals for an edited collection on Migration and the British World: Peoples, Flows, and Connections. The collection is anticipated to also be published in the ‘Studies in Transnationalism’ book series with Peter Lang Publishing. The deadline for the submission of proposals is 30 April 2026.
